Private Equity Fundraising Strategy Position – Leading Placement Agent

Our client is a leading global financial services firm specializing in Private Equity fundraising and investment advisory services. The group boasts a strong track record in primary capital raising, having successfully raised over £35bn for renowned institutional clients in the middle-market PE segment.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in steering fundraising initiatives, managing client relations, and expanding the group's institutional investor network.
This presents an exciting chance for an experienced professional with a solid background in M&A or PE deal advisory seeking to enhance their expertise in private markets advisory.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on Private Equity, Private Credit, and Venture Capital Markets.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with institutional investors, such as pension funds, endowments, foundations, family offices, and fund-of-funds.
- Supervise the creation of marketing materials, such as pitch books, investor presentations, and due diligence documents.
- Carry out Due Diligence on potential transactions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in M&A Transaction Services (Big 4 Preferred), Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
- Exposure to middle-market Private Equity clients through deal advisory or transaction services projects.
- A strong interest in the Private Equity domain.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
