We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) to lead our dynamic department.

The successful candidate will be passionate about language learning and dedicated to inspiring both students and colleagues. Develop and implement engaging and challenging MFL curricula, ensuring alignment with national standards and the school's educational goals.
Foster a positive learning environment within the MFL department, promoting a love of languages and cultural understanding.
Stay abreast of developments in language teaching pedagogy and incorporate best practices into departmental strategies.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant undergraduate degree in Modern Foreign Languages or related field.
Proven experience teaching MFL at secondary level, with a track record of student success.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to engage in continuous improvement.
