We're looking for an ambitious Debt Recovery Assistant to join our existing team who operate with customers all over Europe, United States and Australia.

Role Overview:

  • Ensure promisetopay fulfillment and optimize average collection periods.
  • Maximize recovery rates and minimize debt writeoff rates.
  • Address disputes promptly and achieve satisfactory resolution rates.
  • Prioritize postcollection customer retention efforts.
  • Uphold compliance and data integrity standards.
  • Conduct regular data cleansing in Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
  • Chase debt collection cases and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Update churn reports and complete vulnerability reviews.
  • Facilitate payment plans as required.
  • Provide support with insolvency forms and submit debt recovery investigations.
  • Accurately allocate payments in accounting software and Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Experience using Salesforce (Desirable)
  • Experience with credit control or debt collection (Desirable)
  • Experience working within a call centre environment (Essential)
  • Demonstrated work experience with high call volumes (Desirable)
  • Proficient with platforms such as Google Suite and Excel (Essential)
  • Motivated individual looking for a longterm career path
  • Empathetic nature
  • Proactive and confident
