We're looking for an ambitious Debt Recovery Assistant to join our existing team who operate with customers all over Europe, United States and Australia.
Epos Now is a cutting-edge cloud based business operating within the payments and POS space empowered by a global workforce supporting consumers across over 71 countries.

Role Overview:
- Ensure promisetopay fulfillment and optimize average collection periods.
- Maximize recovery rates and minimize debt writeoff rates.
- Address disputes promptly and achieve satisfactory resolution rates.
- Prioritize postcollection customer retention efforts.
- Uphold compliance and data integrity standards.
- Conduct regular data cleansing in Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
- Chase debt collection cases and conduct thorough investigations.
- Update churn reports and complete vulnerability reviews.
- Facilitate payment plans as required.
- Provide support with insolvency forms and submit debt recovery investigations.
- Accurately allocate payments in accounting software and Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Experience using Salesforce (Desirable)
- Experience with credit control or debt collection (Desirable)
- Experience working within a call centre environment (Essential)
- Demonstrated work experience with high call volumes (Desirable)
- Proficient with platforms such as Google Suite and Excel (Essential)
- Motivated individual looking for a longterm career path
