We are working exclusively with our Milton Keynes based client who requires someone with strong administration skills, who are customer focused and looking to join a business that values their employees.
They are a superb company to work for, and have atrue "Team Spirit"Duties include:
- Answering calls from customers, providing them with product advice and assisting with their query (full product training will be given)
- Arranging replacement items where appropriate
- Assisting with customer order queries, discrepancies, missing items and pricing queries
- Liaising with other departments regarding backorder's, ETA's and other related administration tasks
- Booking appointments for customer training days
- Assisting with company Blogs and Social Media postings
- Assisting with preparations for trade shows
- Arranging meetings, booking hotel accommodation, organising lunches, ordering stationery and other general office duties as required.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
