We're seeking a Client Services Associate to join our team and help spread our message.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via live chat, emails, and phone calls, providing clear and accurate information about our services
  • Conduct virtual tours of the trading platform to showcase its features and functionalities
  • Address and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Build and maintain client trust through professional support and meeting service levels
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and have a thorough understanding of financial markets
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in the client experience
  • Maintain open and effective communication with other departments to promptly resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong client-centric approach
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to effectively understand and address the needs of clients
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts from Monday to Friday, with hours ranging from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Eagerness to learn about financial markets and how clients trade using CFD and Spread Betting accounts.
