Head of Membership

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing four key business functions: accreditation, compliance, auditing, and membership
  • Fostering positive relationships with applicants and members
  • Developing a value-added approach for members
  • Producing business cases for new revenue streams
  • Traveling to meet applicants or members weekly
  • Monitoring team performance
  • Maintaining records and reporting
  • Ensuring service level agreements
  • Managing admin enquiries
  • Providing hands-on support when needed
  • Setting department goals and deadlines

This role requires a hands-on approach and leadership qualities to drive the business forward.
