They are currently looking to fill the position of Manufacturing Engineer.Role:
Manufacturing Engineer

Monday to Thursday, 08:00am to 16:30pm, Friday 08:00am to 15:30pm
Contract Type:
Permanent, Full-Time
What You'll Be Doing:
- Control of process documentation, PFMEAs, Control plans, Process instructions, etc.
- Review and improve current processes for safety, costeffectiveness, and meeting product specifications.
- Introduce new processes following the change management system.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to enhance KPIs and lead continuous improvement projects.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues using data and root cause analysis tools.
- Implement lean manufacturing and kaizen principles.
- Determine production times, resource needs, and costs.
- Recommend tooling and jig designs.
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure proper upkeep of production equipment.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant degree in manufacturing/engineering preferred.
- Experience with FMEA, Kaizen/A3, and Poka Yoke techniques.
- Understanding of production costs and waste management.
- Proficiency in lean tools and problemsolving.
- Familiarity with business metrics control.
- Proven project management skills.
