Key Responsibilities:- Implement production processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Lead productivity improvements through project-based activities, including new product introduction and manufacturing cell design.
- Generate production documentation, including PFMEA, CP, and process instructions.
- Ensure product and process quality meets specifications.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of manufacturing processes, including aluminium brazing techniques and materials.
- Present data effectively to stakeholders.
- Apply project management skills to drive results.
- Relevant manufacturing or engineering degree.
- Experience in aluminium brazing techniques (CAB and Vacuum) and materials.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to present data effectively.
- Metallurgy or metallurgical experience.
- Proven project management skills.
- A Levels, ONC, City & Guilds level 3, BTEC National Diploma Level 3, IVQ Technician Diploma, or equivalent NVQ level 3 qualification.
- FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Kaizen/A3 (continuous improvement and problem solving) process improvement, and Poka Yoke (error proofing) techniques.
- Understanding of design and production costs, including waste, downtime, scrap, and rework.
