Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client allowing them to attend nursery.
- Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
- Provide 1-2-1 support to a child with Complex Care Needs
- Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
- Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.
- Be a part of a our clients day-to-day as they start to attend school.
Shifts:
- Days shifts – 10am – 4pm
Clinical Needs:
- Necrotising Enterocolitis
- Seizure Management
- Global Developmental Delay
Requirements:
- Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
- Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
- Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week or a 35 hour contract
- Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
- Ability to fit seamlessly into the family home setting.
- UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
