As well as being a key part of the daily bread production, the successful candidate will also support our Assistant Head Baker in:

recipe & process management; maintaining consistent high quality breads; As a senior member of the team, you should be confident making decisions and managing bread production throughout the changing seasons.

Plattsville Bakehouse is a wholesale artisan bread bakery in South Liverpool, baking for independent restaurants, cafes and shops across the city.
