Factory Foreman/woman

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of workers to ensure the successful completion of projects.

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the work crew
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Provide guidance and instruction to workers
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
• Collaborate with project managers to develop work schedules and timelines
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
• Address any issues or concerns raised by team members
• Maintain accurate records of work performed

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting construction plans
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
