Factory Foreman/woman

Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of workers to ensure the successful completion of projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Duties**:

- Manage and oversee daily operations of the work crew
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Provide guidance and instruction to workers
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
- Collaborate with project managers to develop work schedules and timelines
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Address any issues or concerns raised by team members
- Maintain accurate records of work performed

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting construction plans
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
