Driven Personnel are on a lookout for a nights warehouse operative to start work at their client in Normanton on Monday.

Hours for the role are Monday-Friday

5pm-2am

The pay for the shifts is £11.70phr.

This role is based on temp-perm.

Responsibilities:

  • Stock and organize inventory in the warehouse
  • Build and assemble products according to specifications
  • Handle materials safely and efficiently
  • Receive and process incoming shipments
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (e.g., AS400) to track inventory and orders
  • Perform heavy lifting of flat pack furniture as required
  • Pick, scan and wrap orders accurately and efficiently

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and maintain a tidy workspace
  • Proficiency in materials handling techniques to ensure safe transportation of goods
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures to accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Experience with warehouse management systems, such as AS400, to track inventory and orders
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting, as the role may involve moving large or bulky items can be up to 60kg
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and wrapping of orders
