My client is a multi-billion-pound global FMCG company with an incredibly rich heritage.

They seeking a talented and experienced legal leader to join their dynamic team. In this confidential role, you will provide comprehensive legal support and strategic direction across a wide range of areas, ensuring the company operates at the highest standards.

About the Role:

  • Proactively support company goals and reputation through timely legal and governance services.
  • Lead on complex legal matters impacting various areas of the business.
  • Manage assigned projects and develop a corporate legal strategy.
  • Advise on regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions (e.g. Food law, Advertising standards and SQSE)
  • Coordinate the company's response to legal challenges.
  • Build and manage relationships with external law firms.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned legal leader with 11+ years of experience in both private practice and in-house roles.
  • UK qualified solicitor.
  • Extensive experience in commercial, corporate, competition, M&A, IP, dispute resolution, and FMCG legal matters.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage complex issues and teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a keen eye for future trends.
  • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented with a "get things done" attitude.
