Sales/Client Administrator

£35,000 per annum

9am - 5.30pm

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home

Are you an experienced customer service and/or office administrator seeking a new challenge? Are you a good problem solver? Are you able to juggle multiple priorities and can demonstrate strong attention to detail?

An award-winning furniture designer and manufacturer near Farringdon are seeking an experienced Sales/Client Administrator on a permanent basis. You will join a small and tight-knit team providing administrative and customer service support to an array of clients. You will join a fun, social, vibrant office of 30 who are part of an established business that has designed and manufactured furniture for over 80 years

In this role you will cover duties such as:

  • process and input orders
- take and follow up on customer queries
- liaise with logistics and warehouse partners to ensure smooth delivery process
- place orders with supply chain partners
- manage and oversee warranties
- manage entire sales process including delivery, customs, paperwork, availability, returns, credits, cancellations etc
