Company profile - Furniture Consultancy

In this Sales support role in London, you will be working for a furniture consultancy, supplying luxury office furniture for companies across the UK and internationally.

Their independent and bespoke approach provides seamless project and implementation delivery to both commercial and residential spaces across the world.

Based in the design district of central London, their Farringdon-based team is now looking for a Sales Administrator to help support their key sales functions

Job Description - Sales Administrator

In this Sales Administrator opportunity in London, you will be working closely with the founders of this creative consultancy, gaining insight into project management and business development.

You will be working on a wide variety of tasks, which range from following up on inbound enquiries to assisting with the day-to-day internal and external communications.

You'll be responsible for the administration that keeps the sales machine running smoothly.

You will be invited to support client visits, tenders and consultations on new projects, to give you exposure to each element.


Key responsibilities - Sales Administrator

  • In this Sales Support job in London, your responsibilities will include:_
  • Loading and submitting new orders
  • Checking floor plans and furniture schedules, ensuring quantities are correctly quoted on orders
  • Order, data entry onto Excel overview
  • Chasing order acknowledgements
  • Checking order acknowledgements for accuracy
  • Producing new enquiry quotations

Job requirements - Sales Administrator

  • Natural communicator, with great written skills and comfortable speaking with internal and external stakeholders
  • At least one year of administrative experience
  • Highly organised, focused and disciplined with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
  • You have a keen eye for detail and can spot inconsistencies or errors
  • You're not afraid to share your ideas and are keen to help make our processes more efficient
  • Processdriven and a methodical thinker, you're able to separate data out in a logical and insightful manner
  • Ambitious, driven to succeed and wants to grow with the company
  • Comfortable with technology, processes and systems
  • Passionate about design or the creative industries
