Duties and responsibilities:
Service delivery and development Manage a team that meet the needs of adult and parent carers.

Contribute to delivery of early response service; working with early response team to ensure registration and triage service is effective and efficient for adult carers Work with colleagues in workshop, events and groups team to ensure activities meet the needs of adult carers and is evidenced by data and feedback.

Identify areas of unmet need and work with colleagues to develop ideas and projects so Carers in Bedfordshire can secure funding to address them Maintain small caseload of carers Act as adult safeguarding lead and ensure adult carer support in the locality operates within local Safeguarding Board practice, liaising with Child Safeguarding as appropriate Monitor and evaluate activities to ensure contract outcomes, carers wheel and KPIs are achieved, documented and the service is evaluated.

Act and respond appropriately to customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.


All employees are therefore required to work in a flexible way when the occasion arises, so that tasks which are not specifically covered by your job description are undertaken.

These additional duties will normally be to cover unforeseen circumstances or changes in work and will usually be compatible with your regular type of work.


Responsibility:
You will be responsible to the Operations Manager and, ultimately, to the Board of Directors.
