We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Manager to join our growing team in Watford.

As the Land Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our land and property portfolio, including identifying potential land acquisitions,negotiating and securing land deals, and overseeing the management of our existing land and property assets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential land acquisitions and development opportunities in Watford and surrounding areas
  • Analyze market trends, property values, and zoning regulations to make informed decisions on land acquisitions
  • Manage the negotiation and purchase of land and property deals, including the legal and financial aspects of these transactions
  • Oversee the management of our existing land and property portfolio, ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard and meet all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with other teams, including development, construction, and legal teams, to ensure that land deals are aligned with our business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, local authorities, and other industry professionals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in land management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the land acquisition and development process, including legal and financial aspects
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and property values to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
