About the role
As Children's Services are improving, exciting new opportunities have opened in the Safeguarding Service based in Daventry.


We are looking to recruit a Family Support Worker to be part of the team who builds meaningful relationships with children and their families helping them grow, prosper, and achieve.

What will you be doing?

The Family Support Worker would provide focussed family support to children and families with complex needs, many of whom are either on Child in Need or Child Protection Plans or part of an assessment process.


We are looking for people who are highly motivated and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Northamptonshire Children's Trust was established in November 2020 to deliver Children's Services to the newly established North and West Northants County Councils.
