About the Role: We are seeking ambitious and experienced consultants to join our new management consulting team, specializing in ERP and Microsoft Dynamics advisory. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a global management consulting capability, leveraging a world-class Microsoft technology services platform renowned for value delivery and client commitment. As a Principal/Senior Principal, you will support clients in optimizing and transforming their operations to enhance insight, efficiency, and strategic enablement.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to position our firm as a trusted advisor.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored ERP transformation solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Develop strategic value assessments and lead Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations.
Project Management and Delivery:
- Lead and manage ERP transformation projects across various industries, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Provide expert advice on functional optimizations and operating model enhancements using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Oversee project/program management, ensuring agile delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Business Development:
- Drive business development activities, including bid response and proposal development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of our consulting practice.
Industry Expertise and Thought Leadership:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide insightful advice and solutions.
- Share industry knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance the team's overall capability.
- Train and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Collaboration and Innovation:
- Collaborate with Microsoft and other partners to leverage innovation and differentiation for clients.
- Promote entrepreneurial collaboration across Infosys businesses to meet client needs and drive business growth.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 7 to 20 years of relevant experience in ERP and Microsoft Dynamics advisory roles.
- Proven track record in business development, bid response, and securing high-value projects.
- Extensive experience in business analysis, scope definition, and operating model process design.
- Strong background in use case development, experience design, and solution architecture.
- Demonstrated success in project/program management and agile delivery.
Industry Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of one or more sectors, with a preference for Health and Life Sciences, Insurance, Banking, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing.
Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present complex ideas.
- Proficiency in the official language(s) of the country (C2 level) and English (C2 level).
- Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
