We are currently looking for a dedicated Payout Administrator to join our Head Office Team team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of financial transactions for our guests.

As a Payout Administrator at Peter Vardy you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the final stages of the vehicle purchase process.

What you will do:

• Complete a daily task list using our internal systems to ensure the efficient processing of financial transactions
• Address and resolve any complications or snags that may arise during the payout stage
• Proactively communicate with guest to obtain require documentation when necessary
• Liaise with our various sites to guarantee a smooth transition during the payout process

What you will need:

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team
• Excellent prioritisation and multitasking abilities, particularly in a fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Exceptional attention to detail, as all information will be passed on to our external lenders
