The role:


We have an exciting opportunity for an Investment Data and Reporting Specialist to join a growing, multi-disciplinary team to help deliver and improve our investment data and reporting services within our investment business unit.


Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver a broad range of investment client reports, working closely with internal client teams
  • Support the development and implementation of our investment data and reporting products
  • Maintain internal spreadsheets and databases
  • Adhere to the firm's Information Security standards, policies and procedures

Desirable characteristics:

  • Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Able to work assertively when required
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines successfully
  • Team player with motivational, handson approach

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience of working with numbers and calculations
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Educated to GCSE / Scottish Standards or equivalent level in Maths, or with equivalent experience.
  • Understanding / interest in Power BI or R would be an advantage
