Position: Financial Reporting Specialist

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Contract: 3 months

Rate: £330 per day via Umbrella Company

The Team:

You will be part of the Central Finance (CF) team within the Finance Division. CF provides centralized support and expertise to the rest of Finance and the Business. Their Risk Weighted Asset (RWA) Reporting & Analysis team, part of CF, is responsible for calculating and reporting the Group's Risk Weighted Assets and other regulatory capital information.

About the Role:

As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the RWA reporting process and associated Data Governance. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the creation of regulatory reports, preparing robust Management Information (MI), and providing insightful data analysis to support their divisions. Building effective relationships across CF and beyond will also be a key aspect of this role.

  1. Support the delivery of accurate and timely risk weighted reporting MI for internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Consolidate and deliver high-quality data quality reporting.
  3. Hold a qualification in Accountancy.
  4. Have a practical understanding of financial systems and processes.
  5. Be able to manipulate data and present information to inform business decisions.
  6. Have a delivery-driven mindset with a passion for producing high-quality work.
  7. Knowledge of Technology such as Power BI, Python, and SQL is a plus.
