Position Overview:


As a Customer Support Agent at CPR Global Tech, you will be the initial point of contact for our valued customers, responsible for delivering professional and top-quality customer service.

You will leverage your problem-solving skills, initiative, and adherence to established processes to provide effective solutions and uphold our commitment to customer delight.


Primary Job Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Receive inbound calls from customers, addressing queries and exploring opportunities to upsell products and services.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention.

Attention to Detail:

  • Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in understanding and accurately recording customer issues.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with your team, sharing knowledge and insights to enhance overall customer support.

Adherence to Values:

  • Uphold and embody the principles and values of CPR Global Tech in all customer interactions.

Outbound Support:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to address and resolve customer issues and concerns.

Ticket Management:

  • Efficiently handle and document customer tickets, ensuring timely resolution and followup.

Online Chat Assistance:

  • Assist customers through online chat platforms, offering technical support and guidance.

Technical Issue Resolution:

  • Tackle and resolve technicalrelated issues, providing comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Product Testing

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a sincere passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous experience in a customerfocused or sales environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within structured processes and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including knowledge of relevant software and tools.
  • Strong team player, willing to collaborate and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
