Job Description:

Specifically as the Evening Room Attendant:

  • Providing the turn down service following the Hotel procedures
  • The service needs to be delivered in time and according to the guest preferences
  • Supporting morning shift when arrival with the cleaning
  • Maintaining cleaning equipment in good working condition
  • Reporting any loss/damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to Supervisor
  • Using the right cleaning chemicals on all surface as per standards
  • Ensuring service area is well stocked with necessary products and cleaned always
  • Performing all duties with care towards our guests always ensuring upmost guest satisfaction
  • Performing other duties as required or assigned including working in a different department or restaurant, than usually assigned as per business needs
  • Be flexible in your working hours in line with business requirements
  • Gretting all guest in a professional and polite manner
  • Respecting guest privacy by being quiet and respectful in the corridors and the service area
  • Maintaining a clean and efficient "5 Star "floor section inline with Raffles standards/ LQA
  • Be part of the daily lineup departmental meeting
  • Adhering to the grooming standards, your uniform is well presented, clean, and ironed
