We are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join our stunning Spa and Health Club at The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Luxury Collection Hotel.

Overview:

  • An Amazing opportunity to join our Spa team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel as a Spa Receptionist.
  • The role of Spa Receptionist is responsible for Opening/Closing Procedures when on duty.
  • As a Spa Receptionist you will be responsible for checking stock levels frequently and reporting low stock levels.
  • You are also expected to set the highest standard at all times in professionalism, appearance and attitude as expected.
  • Promote and sell the services of The Spa Centre and maximise the potential of all sales.

About you:

  • Previous Spa or Health Club experience is required or an interest in developing a career within this field.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
  • As a Spa Host you must be able to demonstrate good computer skills and telephone manner.
  • A good level of spoken and written communication is required.
