We are looking for an Experienced Sales Progressor to join the team at a respected and successful Multi Office, Independent Estate Agency in Erith.

We need a passionate professional with great relationship-building skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Your main goal will be to ensure that the customer's sale/purchase is efficiently and promptly completed.

Responsibilities of the Sales Progressor include:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties that are under offer Subject To Contract
  • Communicating with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and other estate agents
  • Issuing memos, following up on access calls, handling surveys & renegotiations, assisting clients with their legal paperwork, liaising with solicitors, and any other tasks necessary to advance the file towards exchange
  • Regularly updating and maintaining notes on your portfolio, ensuring all parties are consistently informed of progress on a weekly basis
  • Effectively organizing your daily workflow
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to expediting exchanges to keep all processes moving smoothly
  • Possessing solid knowledge and experience as a Conveyancing Assistant / Sales Progressor
  • Showing genuine enthusiasm for the property industry
  • Essential skills in negotiation and objection handling
  • Familiarity with Leasehold and Freehold transactions
  • A proactive approach is essential

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales progression within the property sector
  • Understanding of legal conveyancing
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Capability to deliver exceptional customer service under all circumstances
  • Ability to work independently, engage with all stakeholders, maintain excellent organization, and demonstrate effective diary management

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday from 9 am to 6 pm

Salary Package:

  • Basic salary of £25,000
  • Commission structure based on completions
  • Realistic OTE between £30,000 to £32,000
