Due to business growth, they are seeking an Operations Director to join their Senior Management Team. The role involves driving operational excellence, enhancing processes, and optimizing productivity. The appointed individual will oversee operational development, drive business strategy, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
The Operations Director will be accountable for managing:
- Day-to-day operational activities
- Scheduling construction works
- Health & Safety standards
- Customer satisfaction
