Role overview

  • Introduction to the team:_


The Liverpool Real Estate team consists of 16 lawyers, comprising five Partners, five Legal Directors, three Senior Associates and two Associates.

The lawyers in the team are supported by a dedicated secretarial/document production team of 6 comprising of two Paralegals and four Admin support.

The team is part of a national property group with further teams based in London and Manchester.

Within this group are specialist teams dealing with Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Planning, Real Estate Litigation, Construction and Residential Property.


Key responsibilities:

All commercial property matters including:

  • Transactional work including acquisitions, disposals and refinance of end user and investment property (freehold and leasehold)
  • Acting for financial institutions
  • Reviewing, reporting and advising on title matters
  • Preparing and signing lender Certificates of Title
