Commercial Real Estate - Associate / Senior Associate - up to £85,000 salary


This is an exceptional opportunity to join a renowned international Commercial Real Estate team in Liverpool to work on a diverse caseload covering all aspects of real estate transactions.


The award-winning firm is recognised for providing legal advice and solutions to an international client base which includes some of the world's largest multinationals. Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Real Estate offering, they are keen to speak with qualified solicitors with 3-6 years of experience wanting to develop and thrive within an exciting, international-focused environment.


The real estate team, many of whom are ranked as leading individuals in The Chambers and Legal 500, cover a broad range of matters including sales/acquisitions, investment, project due diligence and asset management, as well as general property matters.


The Candidate


  • Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 3-6 years post-qualification experience from a national/international firm
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong academic background
  • A passion for business development
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
