Here's what you'll do

  • Prepareestimates for all production jobs based on customer specifications as receivedfrom Clientele or Customer Service Representatives
  • Ensureinformation needed to build an estimate has been provided and clarify anymissing/incomplete information.
  • Use MIS systemto generate pricing scenarios that best fit the customers' needs and offer thebest price option while keeping quality high
  • Managetelephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
  • Managethe management information system, updating it regularly with customerinformation as required.

You will have the chance to work with big-name brands and some of the country's most influential creative agencies. We are looking for someone with estimating experience within the print industry, and ideally a good knowledge of production procedures. This role requires strong organisational skills, of a level to accomplish work by established deadlines and ability to coordinate phases of work to others.
