Executive Assistant Position in Bath

We are collaborating with a distinguished company in Bath to find an Executive Assistant to support the CEO at a high level.

This is a full-time, permanent position with 37.5 hours from Monday to Friday in a hybrid work setup.

Salary up to £40,000.

As an Executive Assistant, your main role will involve assisting and closely collaborating with the Executives to ensure the office operations run smoothly. You need to have strong organizational and administrative skills, a good sense of humor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the initial point of contact for correspondence and phone calls.
  • Handling queries and situations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Offering proactive solutions.
  • Arranging meetings and appointments.
  • Taking meeting minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are carried out.
  • Coordinating travel, transport, and accommodation bookings.
  • Managing requests and questions appropriately.
  • Keeping track of important tasks and deadlines for the CEO.
  • Preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Communicating with staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of the CEO.
  • Conducting research tasks for the CEO.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant at a Director level.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English.
  • Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
  • Skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
