We are looking for a Medical Typist to join our friendly surgery team on a part time (30 hour/ week) basis.
This role is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
You will provide a high quality clinical typing service to a team of Consultants supporting the Divisional Patient Pathway Coordinators.
To be responsible for typing clinic letters, reports and other clinical correspondence in line with the Trust's contractual key performance indicators (KPIs).
To follow standard operating procedures, which describe how the functions of the role will be carried out along with given timescales and key performance indicators that will be adhered to.
You will need fast and accurate audio typing skills and a sound knowledge of medical terminology.
