We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contractor Controller to join our FM team on site in Sevenoaks working for a key new client. Working alongside the site team, you will be responsible for the health and safety and security of contractors who come on the site.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for you to have a Detailed knowledge of statutory compliance and KPI delivery

  • Attention to detail, selfmotivating and starter finisher
  • Competent in coaching, training, and influencing all members of team
  • Positive, passionate, and engaging approach
  • Excellent communication, listening, writing and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of business assurance systems e.g., H&S, Quality, Environment
  • IT Literate with advanced experience of using Microsoft Applications, especially Excel

ABOUT THE ROLE

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Carry out all site Inductions
  • Operate in accordance with Wates FM operating framework
  • Carry out H&S quality checks
  • Issue all Permit to works
  • Carry out Subcontractor escorting
  • Carry out Subcontractor auditing
  • Ensure all subcontractor compliance works are schedule in
  • Attend weekly planning meeting
  • Ensure all on site paper is managed
