  • Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, handle the collection of debt and the resolution of account queries, raising sales invoices and issuing credit notes.
  • Responsible for managing debt recovery.
  • Building and maintaining close links with all customers, to ensure smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of payments.
  • Ensuring credit controllers work is prioritised effectively.
  • Ensuring accounts receivable targets are met.
  • Timely management of Invoice queries/escalations
  • Ensuring Correct processes are followed.
  • Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments.
  • Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment.
  • Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
  • Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems.
  • Providing accurate accounts receivable information to Assistant Finance Manager.
  • Ensure Credit controller keep accurate records on chasing and payment promises.
