This role involves supporting the Contracts Manager with administration tasks that include:

  • Sending customers and fitters pre-check lists and ensuring customers are given advance notice of installations
  • Helping to book fitters in for installation projects and ensuring they have all the information required.
  • Booking in site surveys with surveyors and informing customers of date and time
  • Calling fitters at the start of each day to confirm they are on site.
  • Booking in recycling collections and waste skips when required.
  • Phone customers to confirm they are satisfied with the installation.

For this role you will need:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management Ability to prioritise and plan ahead Good sense of humour and able to stay calm when under pressure
  • Attentive and quick to act on problems that are occurring Customerfocused at all times
This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm based at our head office in Aintree.
