Do you have strong experience as an Administrator or Office Manager? Would you like to work for a successful company just outside Liverpool city centre? Are you available to cover a 9 to 12 month maternity contract? There is a salary of up to £30,000 and benefits including free parking, pension scheme, staff events, staff canteen and an early Friday finish.

What will you be doing as an Administrator?
Working as part of a small team you will be carrying out a busy and varied role

Duties will include:
  • Raising transport paperwork and arranging haulage for finished goods
  • Inputting production paperwork
  • Scanning and file management of production and delivery paperwork
  • Dealing with delivery queries and co-ordinating with hauliers, customers and internal contacts including sales and warehouse
  • Assisting with HR administration including annual leave management, management of HR paperwork, and acting as Wellbeing Champion
  • Control of jobs through manufacturing and delivery processes to invoicing stage
  • Reporting and tracking of outstanding deliveries
  • Finished goods and stock holding
  • Producing and distributing memos, letters and forms
  • Preparing meetings and capturing notes
  • Organising and maintaining files and databases
  • Dealing with incoming calls and emails
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings and reservations
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong experience in an administration role, possibly as an Office Manager or other Senior Admin role
  • Experience in a transport or logistics environment would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A confident communicator with the ability to build excellent relationships
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise
  • Accurate with a strong attention to detail
  • Able to commit to a 9-12 month fixed term contract
