  • Hauling machines and products using tractors and trailers
  • Agricultural contracting works as requested
  • Operating JCB Telehandlers
  • Operating 360 degree excavators
  • Strimming and hand work as required
  • Repair and maintenance to machinery
  • Any other adhoc duties as directed by management.

Person Specification:

  • Qualifications/requirements include Telehandler (spraying certificate would be an advantage) qualification to NPORS Standard with CPCS H&S with knowledge of relevant agricultural health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Experienced in operations described above
  • Ability to use and embrace GPS Steering and mapping technology
  • Selfmotivated.
  • Possesses can do attitude. Be flexible and adaptable, including seasonal variations to hours worked. Willing to work long unsociable hours at busy periods during the year as and when required.
  • A good mechanical aptitude and able to carry out relevant repairs
  • Good communication skills within team and with customers, contractors etc.
  • Work effectively in teams and be able to work cooperatively.
  • Physically able to perform manual work.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£14.00-£16.50 per hour
