Experienced Hedge Cutter

Hedge Cutting Must be experienced and able to cut hedges to a high standards.
- Drilling grassland and cover crops with a power harrow drill.
- Spraying grassland with mounted sprayer.

Experience in the following an advantage:

- Haylage Hay Making: Mowing, tedding rowing up and baling wrapping then transporting and stacking the bales.
- Muck and compost spreading.
- Maize Drilling ensuring seed is drilled at the correct spacing and depth.
- Transporting diggers and machinery with tractors and low loader trailers.
- Operating JCB Telehandlers for materials handling rolls
- Digestate fertiliser and slurry spreading/ injection
- Record keeping Job sheets. Defect books. Maintenance and cleaning records

Person Specification:

- Self-motivated.
- Possesses can do attitude. Be flexible and adaptable including to seasonal variations to hours worked. Willing to work long unsociable hours at busy periods during the year as and when required.
- Good communication skills within team and with customers, contractors etc.
- Work effectively in teams and be able to work co-operatively.
- Physically able to perform manual work.
