The practitioner will contribute to nurse leadership within the Directorate and the wider trust to foster innovation, both clinically and organisationally.

Additionally, to provide advice and consultancy to professionals within the organisation and from other agencies, both locally and nationally.

This advanced role will provide the post holder with the opportunity to participate in the clinical management of patients requiring Neonatal Care at all levels, in a role traditionally undertaken by Junior Doctors.
