Sales Support Administrator

The Role:
The Sales Support Administrator reporting directly to the Company Directors.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and process all B2B agreements accurately.
- Answering incoming calls to support the Internal Sales team.
- Management of the online appointment booking system.
- Office administration helping with taking payments and dealing with customer support enquiries.
- Liaise with the sales team, assisting them with their enquiries.
- Create, manage, and update data using spreadsheets and inhouse platforms.

- Enthusiastic and selfmotivated capable of working within a team to a combined goal.
- Committed to working in a safe and efficient environment always keeping the working area clean and tidy and highlighting issues that may pose a risk to colleagues.
- Adaptable to changing working processes and methods with a desire for the business and team to succeed.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
