Join a well-established company based in Bromsgrove that specializes in case management and rehabilitation services. As a full-time permanent Rehabilitation Case Manager, you will work with clients with complex rehabilitation needs.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Working with clients who have suffered brain and spinal cord injuries
- Developing individualized therapy plans
- Coordinating the multidisciplinary team
- Supporting clients to achieve their goals
While prior case management experience is advantageous, extensive training and support will be provided to help you excel in this role.

Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Nursing, or Physiotherapy
