Job Summary:
As a key figure in the Senior Management Team, directly reporting to the Chief of Clinical Operations, the Deputy Chief of Clinical Operations will focus on planning, developing, and executing Operation Performance Improvement and Delivery by:

- Promoting continuous quality improvement to ensure optimal patient care.
- Cultivating a unified brand and culture for patient-facing services.
- Ensuring effective collaboration across Make Ready, Fleet Services, and Clinical Engineering within the Trust for streamlined Service Delivery.
- Providing leadership to operational staff in EEAST Sectors to ensure efficient policy implementation and performance levels.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to make informed decisions that impact patient care and the overall reputation of the Service.
- Building relationships with external agencies and communities to address patient needs effectively.
- Taking responsibility for Trust decisions at Gold/Strategic Level, including being part of an On-Call Out-of-Hours Rota.
