Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering customer enquiries over the telephone
- Communicating with customers regarding their insurance policy
- Entering customers' information onto internal system.
- To accept telephone calls from prospective clients and explain terms and conditions of policies before quoting premium. Take all details and offer the best policy suitable for their needs
- Keeping records and sending out renewal letters to agents on our products when requested
- To screen clients with preexisting medical conditions via the Medical Screening System and either accept or decline cover for the medical condition, and then process accordingly
- Handling and escalate complaints to relevant team members where necessary
Essential Skills:
Full training will be given, however a background in one of the following fields maybe an advantage:
- Office administration,
- Call centre environment,
- Customer service,
- Insurance
