We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service and repair needs
- Produce accurate job cards and update customer and vehicle records
- Prepare and complete invoices for services rendered
- Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales for repairs
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the service department
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a motor trade environment
- Ability to upsell on service work and service plans
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with motor dealership database software
- A competitive salary of up to £27,000 with OTE of circa £35,000
