Job Description:
Receptionist/Content Creator


As a Power Receptionist/ Social Media manager at The Reform Hub, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, and you'll play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar.
  • Providing information about our services and facilities to clients and potential clients.
  • Handling and managing social media and creating content ideas
  • Putting together videos/ editing/ filming
  • Collaborating with our wellness team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
  • Willing to learn

Experience:

  • Enthusiastic and friendly.
  • Excellent communicators with a customeroriented approach.
  • Detailoriented and organized.
  • Familiar with using a computer and instagram and capcut
  • Passionate about promoting wellness and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Familiarity using social media and content creating (desirable)

Job Types:
