My client is based in Richmond upon Thames and is a countrywide property company who offer a great work environment.

The key responsibilities for the role of Finance Administrator will include:

  • Daily banking
  • allocating receipts correctly
  • Debit card payments
  • Payment allocations
  • Ensuring correct allocations
  • Run daily billing reports
  • Answering and resolving queries

The Successful Applicant:

  • Banking/Finance experienced is preferred
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good knowledge of Microfost office
  • Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
