Totton, Hampshire, United Kingdom Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust Full time
We have an exciting opportunity for two Administrators to join our Virtual Ward.

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is extending its current service provision to establish 'virtual wards' for the population of South West Hampshire.

We have an opportunity for two Virtual Ward Administrators to join us on this journey.

The Virtual Ward will support people to safely and conveniently receive the care and treatment they need in their own home, rather than being in hospital utilising remote monitoring technology.

We are seeking two experienced, friendly and professional administrators to provide an efficient administrative support service to our virtual wards, to assist with the smooth running of the service, liaising with patients and staff on all levels.

One of the roles will be predominantly based at our Totton site and the other at our Eastleigh site, however you will be expected to work across sites in South West Hampshire.

The Virtual Ward operates an 8-8, seven day a week service.

This is your opportunity to help the Trust to deliver this exciting new model of care, and we are looking for individuals who are ready for a new challenge to help us to safely develop and deliver our model.
