We are seeking a skilled Transport Administrator to support our Shift Manager in completing daily driver pre-briefs. This role is crucial in ensuring our drivers are fully prepared on the road, enabling them to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all drivers report to pre-brief and structure driver returns to the Service Centre for effective customer delivery and collection management.
  • Complete performance management processes with drivers, including analysis of failed deliveries and collections for DXE customers.
  • Conduct system-driven interrogation processes of Service Centre delivery and collection performance using DXNS databases.
  • Verify returned documentation is correct and reconciled against expected values to protect revenue and support accurate billing.
  • Validate assigned delivery and collection points have been attended according to schedule, challenging performance exceptions prior to driver departure.
