Please note:
this is a full time role, working Monday - Friday. The company do operate a hybrid structure of working if needed for this role.

The working hours are 37.5, it is flexible working where there are 5 core our a day which must be worked.



Main Responsibilities

  • PA duties to designated partners, providing; diary management, call handling and other PA duties.
  • To offer administrative support to departments, providing written accounts when required.
  • Typing and completing digital dictation.
  • Liaising with clients, confirming appointments and logging meetings in diary.
  • Handling telephone communications with clients, reporting the relevant information to relevant people.
  • Monitoring filling and maintaining it it is a paperless system used.
  • Provide reception cover when needed.
  • Organise lunches and other client activities.
  • Support with board meeting attendance and take minuets when needed.
  • Provide marketing support when required.
  • Sorting, scanning and positing documents.
  • Outsourced work when required.
  • Train new starters and existing staff on internal procedures.
